Ron Minatrea is a leadership speaker specializing in developing and empowering middle leaders at all levels … and working with organizations to create and foster an environment where their middle leaders thrive.

By definition, middle leaders are those that are both leading and following at the same time.  From entry level managers and non-managers alike – to the more senior directors and vice-presidents, these leaders are not asked to create the vision; but rather to catch and commit to a vision someone else creates, deploy strategies someone else develops, and march to measurements that someone else mandates.

They don’t make the rules – they just get results!

Ron’s passion for empowering other leaders began during his own career as a Fortune 100 executive.  For more than 30 years he worked in and across multiple disciplines. Leading domestic, international, and global operations, he was ultimately responsible for over $20 Billion dollars in annual shipments.

In 2012, he established his own firm offering keynotes and workshops that build stronger, more effective leaders, teams, and organizations.
