Royce L. Allen, Speaker, Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect, Office of information Security Policy, and Strategy. Prior to joining the Royce Allen served as Chief, Office of Oversight and Compliance for the National Security Agency’s Information Assurance (IA) Directorate (IAD) and Cybersecurity (CS) programs. During her tenure she developed a comprehensive IA compliance program; revitalized/modernized efforts to identify and deliver state-of-the-art automated compliance internal controls and policies. Her achievements resulted in an agency-wide IA/CS compliance wellness program. Within a year, IA/CS compliance wellness program served as an example to measure compliance readiness and global health by demonstrating significant improvements. Increased IA/CS program compliance to 100%, compared with a previous rating of 3% compliance.
Royce Allen, holds a Masters in Security and Organizational Management, Webster University, St Louis, MO and Bachelors of Science, Networking and Information Systems, Strayer University, Alexandria. Royce has been speaking for over 15 years on IA/CS analytic machine learning algorithms, deploying over 150+ analytics capabilities and tools using cloud and traditional technologies. These tools enabled cyber missions and countered threats throughout the IC, DoD, and federal agencies. She is recognized as an authority on technology implementation and organizational transformation. She has been teaching, lecturing, and consulting, and is known for innovative approaches to leadership and diversity in technology.

As a woman rising in today’s executive workforce, you need every edge you can get. His childlike behavior and animated thoughts compel you to see him as a lovable character, although he can be very devilish. As Lord Devil begins to plot against Thath, the book transitions to Earth, where the Defense Forces (good guys and gals) are protecting the people of Earth and the planet itself. The various characters in the military all play a vital role as a team to maintain the balance of the forces, as well as themselves. Each one is a very strong leader to include one of the new recruits. Although this is a fictional book, you might see yourself or someone you know in one or more of the characters.
